Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Hiphen SAS uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way. They help the site function, remember your preferences and, with your consent, measure audience or enable third-party features.
2. Cookies we use
When you browse the Site without accepting any optional cookie, the Site itself sets no tracking cookie. The table below lists every cookie and storage item the Site and its embedded services can use.
| Name | Provider / domain | Purpose | Duration | Consent required? |

cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing |

Our email marketing service (GetResponse) is called from our servers only and sets no cookie on your device. The fonts used on the Site are hosted on our own servers.
3. Your consent and choices
We use the Complianz consent manager (Complianz B.V., Netherlands). When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies by category; refusing is as easy as accepting. Your choice (accept or refuse) is stored in first-party cmplz_* cookies for 6 months, after which we ask you again.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time here:
You can also control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or be warned before storage). Refusing some cookies may affect certain features (e.g. embedded videos or scheduling).
4. Third-party cookies
Embedded third-party services set their own cookies under their own policies:
- YouTube / Google: policies.google.com/privacy
- Calendly: calendly.com/privacy
- Google Analytics (GA4): policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
Hiphen does not control these cookies. We recommend reviewing the providers’ policies.
5. Retention
Your cookie choice (accept or refuse) is kept for 6 months. Audience measurement cookies last 13 months maximum, and the analytics data collected through them is kept for no more than 25 months. Other cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above.
6. Changes
This policy is updated whenever our tools evolve. The current version is dated above.
7. Contact
